Executive Director, Mom’s House
About Christina
Christina Rodriguez is a nonprofit executive and community advocate with nearly two decades of experience leading mission-driven organizations that serve young families and children. As Executive Director of Mom's House of Toledo, she oversees a two-generation, trauma-informed model focused on breaking cycles of poverty through early childhood education, family wellness, and wraparound support.
Throughout her career, Christina has led organizational growth, capital campaigns, program expansion, and strategic planning — helping raise over $22 million, expand to multiple locations, and build high-impact partnerships across education, healthcare, faith, and community sectors. Her work centers on both outcomes and people: ensuring children are prepared for kindergarten while parents are supported, empowered, and equipped for long-term stability.
Christina is deeply committed to advocacy in early childhood education, mental health, and family systems, believing that sustainable change happens when we invest early, lead with compassion, and align strategy with heartwork. She values collaboration, transparency, and leadership that is both data-driven and deeply human.
In her free time, Christina is a regular guest on local radio programs and podcasts, serves on several local action committees, and conducts mission work in Honduras.
